Job Description

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff (waitstaff, hosts, kitchen).

Operations Oversight:

Supervise daily service, coordinate front and back-of-house, and ensure smooth workflow.

Customer Service:

Address complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards.

Quality Control:

Monitor food preparation, presentation, and storage to meet health/safety standards.

Inventory & Supplies:

Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control costs.

Financials:

Handle cash, manage daily reports, and contribute to profit goals.

Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
