Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients as needed. Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers. Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs and operational expenditures, to ensure profitability. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
