Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning, excellent guest service, and optimal profitability. This role requires strong operational expertise, sound menu knowledge, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations across all outlets. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high food quality and service standards. Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu to guide staff and assist guests effectively. Plan and implement a well-organized breakfast buffet for in-house guests at all three hotel properties. Drive in-house sales by promoting signature dishes and offers across all hotel restaurants. Promote home delivery services and coordinate with delivery platforms to expand customer reach. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities to enhance restaurant visibility and sales. Ensure smooth coordination between the main kitchen and various restaurant outlets. Monitor staff performance, hygiene standards, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
