Job Description


  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about the restaurant\'s offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests\' needs, responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Upsell additional menu items and promote special promotions or events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for incoming guests.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
