Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Anticipate and fulfill guests\' needs, responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Upsell additional menu items and promote special promotions or events.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for incoming guests.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
