Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Part-Time Restaurant Staff to join our team at DESI CHAI. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages (coffee, tea), simple snacks (Maggi & Sandwich), handling billing, managing online orders, and assisting with purchases as needed. This position is ideal for students who are looking for flexible hours and an opportunity to gain valuable work experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders and ensure their needs are met.
Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Food and Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and simple snacks as per the restaurant\'s standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food and beverage preparation areas. Billing and Payment:
Manage billing for dine-in and takeaway customers.
Accurately process payments and provide receipts.
Handle cash and electronic transactions securely. Online Orders:
Receive and process online orders for delivery or takeaway.
Ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
Coordinate with delivery personnel for order dispatch. Inventory Management and Purchasing:
Assist in monitoring inventory levels for food and beverage items.
Support in placing orders for restocking supplies as necessary.
Help verify deliveries for quality and quantity. Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; students are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and billing.
Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends. Working Hours:
