Job Responsbilities A crew Member work in the kitchen to help preparing food and at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process. The Crew Member job duties include operating a cash register, running the drive-thru, cooking special items and other menu items, cleaning the restaurant, and completing other assigned tasks. They must maintain cleanliness in food service areas and throughout the food establishment. Duties may also include notifying kitchen staff of any food orders or food shortages. All Crew Members to deliver the best service to our customer on time. The all crew members has to follow the SOP of the company to serve the food and beverages with there right methods. Skills Required
Greet and escort customers to their tables Present menu and provide detailed information when asked Inform customers about the day\xe2\x80\x99s specials Offer menu recommendations upon request Up-sell additional products when appropriate Take accurate food and drinks orders Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff Serve food and drink orders Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area Carry dirty plates and silverware to kitchen for cleaning Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications Follow all relevant health department regulations Provide excellent customer service to guests Bhavna- HR
