Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and providing friendly and efficient service.

Food Preparation:

Preparing food items according to established recipes and procedures, ensuring quality and consistency.

Cash Handling:

Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and digital transactions, and reconciling sales.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keeping the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Inventory Management:

Assisting with inventory control, restocking supplies, and notifying management of low stock levels.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Adhering to Policies:

Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Upselling and Promotions:

Suggesting additional items or promotions to customers to enhance their dining experience.

Handling Customer Feedback:

Addressing customer complaints or concerns and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

Maintaining a Positive Attitude:

Demonstrating a cheerful and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Following Safety and Sanitation Standards:

Adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
