Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. Provides information to help food and beverage selections. Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. A Restaurant Server, or Food Server, is responsible for providing excellent customer service and dining experience for customers at a restaurant. They seat customers, take food and drink orders, and deliver food to the customer. Restaurant Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
