Operations Manager in a restaurant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the establishment. They are in charge of managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing efficiency. The Operations Manager also handles inventory management, cost control, and customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. They collaborate with the kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and management to achieve business goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
