The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Food Safety Regulations (Mandatory skill): Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Plan and execute engaging and profitable menu offerings in alignment with customer preferences.
  • Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage of stock and supplies.
  • Develop and adhere to the restaurants budget, implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
  • Generate reports on restaurant performance, including financial and operational metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
