Operations Oversight:
Manage both front-of-house (guest service) and back-of-house (kitchen) operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
Customer Service:
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints, gathering feedback, and creating a positive dining experience.
Financial Management:
Control operational costs, manage budgets, monitor inventory, and track financial performance to improve profitability.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor stock levels, place orders for food, drinks, and supplies, and work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and value.
Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, as well as other labor laws.
Business Development:
Implement marketing strategies, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and suggest improvements to service and operations.
