Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and enforcing health and safety policies. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in hiring and managing personnel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Food & Beverage knowledge and understanding of culinary trends Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the Restaurant Manager position: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in cost management and budgeting Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
