Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to company standards.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase department for stock requirements.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Maintain guest records and encourage repeat business.
Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure peak performance.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend necessary training or corrective actions.
Financial Performance
Monitor and control operational costs and wastage.
Work towards achieving monthly revenue and profitability targets.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
Compliance & Hygiene
Ensure restaurant hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of cleanliness and maintenance.
Marketing & Promotion
Support promotional activities and in-house marketing initiatives.
Work with management to implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
