Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability. Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory costs. Enforce policies and procedures, including cash handling, opening/closing duties, and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and quality control.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or business management is a plus.
