You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources effectively, and uphold the reputation of our dining establishments as premier destinations for culinary excellence. PROFILE RESPONSIBLITIES Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining impeccable standards in service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize restaurant performance and achieve revenue targets. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Guest Satisfaction :Ensure a memorable dining experience for guests through attentive service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions. Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial objectives.
Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or service. Menu Development and Compliance: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus that reflect market trends and meet guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high food quality standards. Event Coordination :Coordinate and execute special events, private functions, and promotions, contributing to increased revenue and guest engagement. PROFILE REQURIMENTS :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end hotel or upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to quality service.
