Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction
Opening and closing of Point of Sales System
Responding efficiently and effectively to guest complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Control Operational Costs
Create regular reports of revenue and expenses
Promote/Market the brand through word of mouth and restaurant events
Train/Brief staff on proper customer service practices
Update menu as per guest feedback
Work with Stores/Purchase to maintain acceptable food cost
