The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and achieving sales, cost, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
Supervise, train, and schedule service staff
Ensure high standards of food quality and service
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control
Control food, beverage, and labor costs
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Prepare sales, staff, and performance reports
Implement promotions and upselling strategies
Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
Knowledge of F&B service standards and operations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
4-8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations
Work Environment:
Restaurants, hotels, cafes, fine dining, casual dining
Shift-based work including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
