LA POZ PALACE- The LUXURY DINE-IN Restaurant is looking for talented professionals for the role of Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers. For Restaurant Manager : Ensure SOPs are followed to run the restaurant efficiently Ensure the operations of the restaurant, including Bar, Kitchen, Bakery and Service is working coherently Train and supervise the staff to the standards required by the restaurant Lead the team to work coherently and keep the team motivated Build relations with customers and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with management and team to achieve targeted revenues Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained Ensure policies and procedures are followed by every employee of the restaurant Maintain and Record inventories of the restaurant Take feedback from every table to ensure enhanced hospitality Prepare restaurant service to cater efficient operations Job Qualification: 5+ years of experience of management, leadership and bar Diploma or equivalent Flexible hours of working Proactive and team player Strong interpersonal relationship skills and management skills Strong organizational skills Strong knowledge of food and alcohol Strong problem solving skills Confident in crisis management Fluent in English For Assistant Restaurant Manager : Assist Restaurant manager to run the restaurant efficiently in accordance to SOPs Take control of operations in absence of the Restaurant Manager Supervise the staff to the standards required by the restaurant Work along with team to increase operational efficiency Build relations with customers and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with management and team to achieve targeted revenues Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained Take feedback from every table to ensure enhanced hospitality in absence of Restaurant Manager Prepare restaurant service to cater efficient operations Job Qualification: 3+ years of experience of management, leadership and bar Diploma or equivalent Flexible hours of working Proactive and team player Strong interpersonal relationship skills and management skills Strong organizational skills Strong knowledge of food and alcohol Strong problem solving skills Adequate knowledge of Alcohol and Beverage Fluent in English CTC Offered: Restaurant Manager: 4.8 LPA to 7 LPA Assistant Restaurant Manager: upto 3.6 LPA Interested Candidates can mail their CV to : Anushree Daga Chandgothia: [HIDDEN TEXT]
