Seeking a restaurant manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Experience: 4-5 years Location: Kharghar The main duties and responsibilities of a restaurant manager include:

- Managing the staff: The restaurant manager is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the staff. This includes servers, cooks, dishwashers, and other employees.
- Maintaining the inventory: The manager is responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of food, beverages, and supplies. They must ensure that the inventory is properly stored, rotated, and used efficiently to minimize waste and costs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: The restaurant manager must ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience at the restaurant. This includes addressing complaints and resolving issues that arise.
- Managing finances: The manager is responsible for managing the restaurant\'s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. They must also ensure that financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
