Opening Position:

Restaurant Manager (Multicuisine Exp must)
(Local Language must)

Location : Pondicherry / Chennai

Staff Management

: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; create work schedules; and manage payroll and performance.

Operations Oversight

: Supervise daily operations, ensure smooth front and back-of-house workflow, and manage daily opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service

: Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and solicit customer feedback to improve the dining experience.

Financial Management

: Track expenses, monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Inventory & Purchasing

: Monitor food and supply inventory, place orders with vendors, and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Health & Safety

: Enforce adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards and regulations.

Marketing & Growth

: Implement marketing strategies, communicate with customers, and develop plans to grow the business and improve sales.
