Job Overview: We\'re on the lookout for a multifaceted professional Restaurant Manager to join our team. A Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in the hospitality industry, overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure a delightful dining experience for guests, efficient restaurant operations, and profitability. As a Restaurant Manager, you\'ll be the driving force behind our restaurant\'s operations, team spirit, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: -Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant\'s operations on a daily basis, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. -Staff Management: Hire, train, manage, and schedule staff to ensure the restaurant is well-staffed with competent personnel. -Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are met to encourage repeat business and positive reviews. -Financial Management: Manage the restaurant\'s budget, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to enhance profitability. -Inventory Control: Oversee the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies, manage inventory levels, and negotiate with suppliers to control costs. -Quality Control: Maintain high quality and hygiene standards for all food and drink items, as well as the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. -Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including managing social media accounts and promotional events. -Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, as well as legal requirements related to food safety and employment. Qualifications: Education: A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, though not always required. Experience: Prior experience in multi-cuisine restaurant or hospitality management, including roles that involve customer service and staff supervision. Experience in managing a team of 100+ staff. Experience in training the staff. Certifications: Food safety certification and any relevant local or national hospitality management.
