Staff Management:

Hiring

,

training, scheduling, and supervising all restaurant staff (servers, cooks, bartenders, etc.).

Customer Service

: Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Operational Management:

Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management: Managing

budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies.

Quality Control: Maintaining

high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Menu Management: Work

with chefs to develop and update the menu, ensuring it reflects the Pan-Asian concept.

Marketing & Promotion: Implementing

strategies to attract customers and enhance the restaurant's brand.

Training and Development: Conducting

training programs for new hires and existing staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in restaurant management, particularly in Asian cuisine or a Pan-Asian setting.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of financial management, marketing, and revenue generation.

Knowledge of Pan-Asian Cuisine:

Familiarity with the diverse flavors and cooking techniques of various Asian countries
