Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall restaurant operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Coordinate with
airport authorities
for permissions, audits, and compliance-related requirements.
Ensure adherence to airport security, safety, and hygiene standards.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination as per airport norms.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve financial targets through cost control, sales growth, and efficient operations.
Prepare and submit operational and compliance reports to management and airport authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum
4-6 years of experience
in F&B operations, with at least
2 years at an airport outlet
.
Strong knowledge of
airport regulations, documentation, and coordination procedures
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced, high-security environments professionally.
