Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the operations, staff, guest experience, and financial performance of one (or more) of our F&B outlets. You will ensure excellent service, maintain high standards in hygiene and safety, drive revenue, control costs, and build a motivated team aligned with The Orchid's values and brand promise.
