Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and train front and back-of-house staff.
Maintain high standards of guest experience, hygiene, and food quality.
Coordinate with chefs to align service with authentic Japanese & Korean dining standards.
Handle reservations, guest feedback, and complaint resolution.
Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and sales growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in restaurant management, preferably fine dining.
Overall 10 years of Experience in Hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine and dining etiquette.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local language a plus.
