We are hiring Restaurant Manager for a renowned restaurant chain.


Job Location - Madurai.


Responsibilities:-

• 
  Oversee day-to-day operations of a 300-pax restaurant in Madurai.
• 
  Lead and manage a diverse team, handling hiring, training, and scheduling.
• 
  Strategically optimize the dining capacity for a seamless guest experience.
• 
  Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• 
  Implement effective inventory management strategies for cost control.
• 
  Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and positive ambiance.
• 
  Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue.
• 
  Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies for a large customer base.
• 
  Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• 
  Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• 
  Oversee and coordinate large-scale events, parties, and special dining experiences.
• 
  Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.
• 
  Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored promotions and strategies.

Requirements

• Any UG/PG
• 
  Min 8 Years of Experience
• 
  Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-capacity setting.
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• 
  Knowledge of restaurant management software.
• 
  Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
