Manage and supervise the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team to achieve performance goals.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and quality service.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets.
Plan and implement promotional activities, theme dinners, and events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and performance appraisals.
Ensure all staff adhere to grooming and service standards
