Company Description Chai Break is a cafe chain with 30+ outlets across Eastern India, including Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Bhubaneswar. We are Eastern India\'s favorite hangout, and we pride ourselves on serving high-quality food and beverages in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including customer satisfaction, customer service, hiring and training employees, communication with staff and customers, and food and beverage management. Qualifications Customer satisfaction and customer service skills Ability to hire, train, and manage employees Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication Familiarity with food and beverage management Attention to detail, including budgeting and inventory management Creative problem-solving skills Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
