Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with customer satisfaction, customer service, hiring, communication, and food and beverage management. Qualifications Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service Experience in hiring, communication, and food & beverage management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, as well as menu planning and cost management Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field Experience in branded hotel or restaurant management is preferred Experience working in a sustainable and responsible tourism environment is a plus
