Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations (Front of House & support coordination with Kitchen).
Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (FSSAI), and cleanliness standards.
Customer Service & Guest Relations
Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback immediately and professionally.
Monitor service standards and train staff for customer experience improvement.
Build strong relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
Staff Management
Create duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
Conduct daily briefings, service meetings, and grooming standards.
Motivate team, maintain discipline & reduce staff turnover.
Financial & Inventory Control
Assist with budgeting, revenue tracking, and profit & loss analysis.
Manage cost control -- food cost, labor cost & wastage control.
Oversee daily cash handling, billing accuracy & POS operations.
Coordinate inventory checks, stock receiving & vendor management.
Sales & Marketing Support
Support promotions, festivals, events, and upselling activities.
Implement strategies to increase footfall and repeat business.
Monitor competitor trends and suggest improvements.
Maintenance & Safety
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, furniture, and restaurant facilities.
Ensure safety protocols, fire safety standards & emergency readiness.
