Job Summary :



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Kochi outlet in Kerala. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service and food quality standards, and lead a motivated team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination. Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and team efficiency. Hire and onboard new team members in assigned positions. Manage and monitor inventory levels, supplier coordination, and cost control. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and statutory norms. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize restaurant performance. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, sales targets, and expenses. Handle vendor negotiations and contract management. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, staff attendance, and financial transactions. Report regularly to senior management and share ideas for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



3-8 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management (multi-chain experience preferred). Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high-volume operations. Strong understanding of inventory, cost, and financial management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with bookkeeping or POS systems is an advantage. Innovative mindset with the ability to implement new ideas to enhance operations. Candidates currently working as F & B Managers, Assistant Managers, or General Managers (F&B) are encouraged to apply.
