The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, high-quality guest experience, and efficient team management. The role involves maintaining operational standards, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety norms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
Monitor opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely and quality food delivery.
2. Guest Service & Experience
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build rapport with regular guests and encourage repeat business.
3. Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff (service, cashier, host, etc.).
Prepare staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.
4. Financial & Inventory Control
Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and cost control measures.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage.
5. Administration & Reporting
Maintain records of sales, expenses, and payroll.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and licensing laws.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Good understanding of F&B operations and cost control.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
Experience in casual dining or premium cafe/restaurant setup preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
