We're seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and elevate the dining experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
