The Restaurant Manager leads the front-of-house and back-of-house teams and serves as the liaison between the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s staff and management. The role of a restaurant manager requires back-office work, as well as customer-facing interactions.Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Experience:
5+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc.)
Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or hospitality management a plus+
Knowledge of Kerala cuisine is added advantage.
