Job Description

1. Overall Operations Management:



Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

2. Staff Management:



Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Schedule and organize shifts for servers, chefs, and other employees.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Resolve staff conflicts and address any issues

Customer Service:



Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Interact with customers to gather feedback and improve services.

Financial Management:



Manage budgets and financial plans.

Monitor and control costs, including food and overhead expenses.

Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.

Menu Planning and Pricing:



Collaborate with chefs to plan and update the menu.

Set menu prices in accordance with cost analysis and market trends.

Sales and Marketing:



Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Promote the restaurant through various channels.

Organize events and promotions to attract customers.

Quality Control:



Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.

Adherence to Regulations:



Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Stay informed about changes in health and safety codes.

Facility Maintenance:



Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.

Coordinate repairs and renovations when necessary.

Inventory Management:



Monitor and manage restaurant inventory levels.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement.

Training and Development:



Provide ongoing training to staff on service standards, product knowledge, and procedures.

Identify opportunities for staff development and advancement.

Financial Reporting:



Prepare and analyse financial reports.

Provide regular reports to senior management.

Social Media and Online Presence:



Manage the restaurant's online presence, including social media accounts.

Respond to online reviews and engage with customers on digital platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
