As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pro Diet Kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the cloud kitchen. Manage and coordinate all activities within the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and packaging, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu, ensuring a wide variety of healthy meal options that align with our brand\'s vision. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed, while keeping costs within budgetary constraints. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all kitchen processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring smooth coordination and timely deliveries. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Mumbai-based candidates preferred. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar fast-paced environment is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, suppliers, and customers. Proven track record in maintaining high standards of customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
