He will be handle the entire Store / Outlet / Kiosk operations assigned Staff training and develop floor managers, ongoing feedback and by conducting performance reviews Closely monitor the safety of the restaurant guest and staff through execution of food safety ,restaurant safety standards and guidelines Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and efficiently takes care of preventative maintenance High level of initiative, time management and deadline oriented Sound decision making and problem solving Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, (Driving corporate sale, ODC sale) Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, Checking stock levels and ordering supplies, as per the required sales consumption Maintaining high standard of quality control, hygiene, health and safety Will be respondible in handling his team, retain them, train them in areas required by them, escalate the issues to higher authorities in Operations To handle the team, Check grooming and uniform as per the standards specified; try and achieve his targets set for particular outlet To handle customer compliants, help your team to solve customer issues To ensure Briefing is done every day in the morning or starting of the assigned shift Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Clealiness and hygiene at all stations of the kitchen and the outlet by proper use of Chemicals Ensure that customers receive the correct product ordered by them, delivered on time and take feedback on the same. Monitor and receive continuous feedback from the customers Performing any other job / task assigned by your Reporting Authority To drive corporate sales by visiting nearby corporate Drive your team towards achieving the targets Escalate issues to your higher authority which are unable to solve at your end Understanding of P&L, and drive focus on : COGS, COL & COSV To ensure his / her team always uses positioning cups to make Rolls / Cheeseria\xe2\x80\x99s Should take responsibilty to retain the staff provided and ensure to handle new joinees and give space for them to settle down Provide training to new joinees when necessary and ensure they follow the traning provided by the training department Conduct monthly staff meetings Provide training to new joinees when necessary and ensure they follow the traning provided by the training department Ensure that deliveries happen on time and increase the home delivery sales Should attend Managers Meeting at RSC every week Responsible to hire and retain staff in assigned outlet Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
