Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction while managing staff, costs, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service



Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Staff Management



Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff Motivate the team to deliver high performance and excellent service Conduct staff briefings and performance evaluations Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and teamwork

Financial Management



Control costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability Prepare budgets, forecasts, and daily/monthly reports Ensure cash handling and billing procedures are followed

Customer Experience & Sales



Build strong relationships with guests and ensure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
