Role Summary



The

Restaurant Manager for Fired Up

is responsible for leading daily operations of a fast-growing artisanal pizza concept. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, consistent product quality, efficient team performance, and strong adherence to the Fired Up brand standards. The manager drives sales, maintains operational excellence, and fosters a passionate, pizza-loving team culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence



Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. Ensure all Fired Up recipes, dough handling methods, and artisanal preparation standards are followed. Maintain high-quality food output, especially wood-fired or stone-oven pizza preparation. Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, counter, bar, and service teams. Monitor cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall restaurant ambiance.

Guest Experience & Service



Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere aligned with Fired Up's artisanal brand identity. Interact with guests, handle feedback or complaints, and ensure full satisfaction. Train staff to engage with guests, explain ingredients, and highlight signature items. Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership



Recruit, train, and mentor staff including pizza makers, servers, and supervisors. Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate goals, menu updates, and service standards. Build a motivated team culture focused on craft, quality, and friendly service. Manage staffing schedules and ensure efficient labor cost control.

Financial & Administrative Duties



Drive sales and implement strategies to increase revenue (special offers, combos, promotions). Control food cost, labor cost, and minimize wastage--especially on premium pizza ingredients. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports and performance metrics.

Brand Compliance



Ensure Fired Up's brand guidelines, menu standards, and service philosophy are executed consistently. Support new menu launches, seasonal specials, and marketing campaigns. Maintain the identity of an artisan-focused, high-quality pizza brand.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance



Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Ensure staff follow proper PPE, kitchen safety, and oven/heat zone protocols. Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.

Skills & Requirements



Minimum 2-4 years of experience in restaurant management (pizzeria or casual dining preferred). Strong understanding of pizza or artisan food operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage fast-paced service environments. Strong financial acumen (POS systems, inventory, cost control). Passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
