Operations Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance in line with company standards.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Supervise food preparation and service quality--especially authentic South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, vada, etc.).
Monitor kitchen and service staff coordination for timely order delivery.
Recruit, train, and schedule restaurant team members (kitchen staff, service staff, cashiers, etc.).
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure staff follow grooming, hygiene, and behavioral standards.
Motivate the team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Greet and interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and encourage repeat visits.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash handling procedures.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the management
Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for stock replenishment.
Control food cost, wastage, and pilferage.
Encourage customer feedback and online reviews.
Maintain records for attendance, payroll inputs, vendor bills, etc.
Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, safety audits, FSSAI, etc.).
Report operational and maintenance issues to the management on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
12th pass or Graduate
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing a South Indian or casual dining restaurant.
Strong understanding of South Indian cuisine and operations.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, Tally and Petpooja POS systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
