We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in the F&B industry, with a strong background in team management, customer service, and operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor quality of food, service, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Maintain inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
Monitor cost control, minimize wastage, and maximize profitability.
Implement and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and health regulations.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
