A Restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience, and managing the restaurant's staff, budget, and facilities. Below is a detailed job description:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Supervise daily restaurant operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Ensure all restaurant services meet the required standards and provide excellent customer service. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues promptly.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and professionally. Conduct performance appraisals and provide continuous coaching to staff. Manage work schedules and resolve any staffing issues.

Financial Management:

Create and manage the restaurant budget, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency. Handle financial reports, including income and expense statements. Monitor pricing, room rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue. Oversee inventory and purchasing of hotel supplies.

Guest Relations:

Address guest needs, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner. Promote the restaurant's services, amenities, and special offers. Ensure that guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations are handled smoothly.

Marketing & Sales:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and maintain high occupancy rates. Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Oversee online reviews, ensuring the restaurant maintains a good reputation.

Facility Management:

Ensure all restaurant facilities (e.g., pool, gym, spa, etc.) are well-maintained and meet safety standards. Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure the restaurant is in top condition. Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure the restaurant complies with all relevant local laws, health, and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety policies for staff and guests.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain records related to guest reservations, employee hours, financial transactions, and other administrative tasks. Report to restaurant ownership or senior management on operations and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
