Job Description
We are looking for Restaurant Manager in New Zealand.To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3-years relevant work experience working in a Fine Dine Restaurant / Cafe at a Managerial Position.Would be an advantage if you have a qualification in customer service, business or management, but not mandatory.Some of the daily tasks would be:
- Excellent command over English language.
- Have a demonstrated understanding of management for a fine dining restaurant or a Cafe.
- Have a good understanding of business practices
- Manages and leads the team in the performance of their duties
- Hire and train new staff
- Proven ability to work with restaurant managers and chefs to refine and plan a delicious and high-quality menu
- Train new and current employees
- Implement policies and procedures
- Control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
- Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
- Take feedback from the customers
- Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
- Flexible shift
