We are looking for an experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage the restaurant team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

restaurant management, customer service, and team leadership

.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly. Achieve sales targets and control operational expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:



Graduate or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in

high-volume or fine dining restaurants

preferred. Proficient in POS systems, reporting, and inventory management. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
