The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics for management review.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
