The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer satisfaction, food & beverage, hiring, and communication with guests, as well as managing the restaurant\'s daily operations and staff. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in the food and beverage industry Proven track record of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in hiring and managing staff Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field is preferred, but not required Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing budgets is a plus
