Role: The outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of a designated outlet within the retail chain specializing in Indian sweets. The role requires a deep understanding of customer service, food retail, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Operational Management:
Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and maintaining freshness of products.
Implement and maintain hygiene and quality standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Sales and Performance:
Meet sales targets by strategizing and executing effective sales techniques.
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and promotions.
Implement marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
Schedule and manage employee shifts efficiently, considering peak hours and business needs.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
Prepare and manage budgets, including revenue forecasts and cost analysis.
Reporting:

Candidate
5+ yearss in a managerial role within the food retail industry, preferably in Indian sweets or related cuisine, or hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of inventory management and control.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in food handling.
Proficiency in basic accounting and ability to interpret financial reports.
Flexibility to work during peak business hours and weekends.
