Job Requirement Minimum 3 years of F & B experience in Operations manage Multiple restaurant chain Should be well versed with all departments of F & B, Vendor Management Should be on top every outlet operations & sales to balance out demand & supply Should have experience of leading a Team of AMs (Span of Control > 5 members) & be a good team player & leader Should be willing to travel within 100 km of radius of posting Salary as per industry standards Job Responsibility Initially his responsibilities would be two pronged - Growth & Operations of active Outlets & to drive the Project of opening up new outlets Need to possess great analytical skills to study/drive item wise forecast & Sales He would have Revenue/Top Line Target to grow (active chain of outlets) and minimize costs/wastage (active and new outlets) Is expected to work closely with other functional colleague for Topline Growth for eg Marketing, Sous Chef, Product Development, Audit & Control Should bring high Service, Hygiene, & Quality standards in his organisation Is responsible for maintenance and repair of Company Assets, Equipment and Appliances so that Operations and not at all impacted diversely Send resume on whats app +91-XXXXXXXXXX with below detail Current Salary:
