Restaurant Manager : Responsibilities:
- Look into the daily operations.
- Managing staff, including training and scheduling.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Help monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance profitability.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team on menu planning and promotions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and budget management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Culinary or hospitality background preferred.
- Fluency in English
