Restaurant Manager : Responsibilities:
  • Look into the daily operations.
  • Managing staff, including training and scheduling.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Help monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the management team on menu planning and promotions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and budget management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Culinary or hospitality background preferred.
  • Fluency in English
