Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bengaluru at The Den. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring staff, and maintaining excellent communication with staff and Management. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage management, including inventory, cost control, and menu development A proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage staff Experience in hiring and training staff Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
